Our annual EY Financial Reporting Update was held at The Stables on Tuesday 2 May, and we were delighted to welcome Chantelle Duffy and Georgina Dellaportas from EY to share their expertise on key issues across accounting standards, corporate governance and financial reporting. The EY seminar was followed by an afternoon dedicated to the not for profit sector, where we welcomed valued clients and visitors from within the sector. Keynote speaker Anne Bryce – CEO of Achieve Australia and 2016 winner of the Telstra Business Women’s for Purpose and Social Enterprise Award in NSW – delivered a fantastic presentation on how to survive, and thrive, as a not for profit in changing and challenging times. Anne was then joined by Georgina and WLF Partner Joanne Doyle for a Q&A session.
