The Movember challenge

Throughout the month of Movember a team of 16 men from WLF took on the sacred ‘mo bro oath’ to grow a mo and raise some funds and awareness for men’s health.
The team set a bold fundraising target of $5000 at the start of the month, which they surpassed with the final total amount raised reaching $5,182. A number of events were held throughout November to raise funds, including a final celebration morning tea on 30 November catered by the mo bro team. Nick, Max and James also put their fitness on the line for the campaign and took part in the Point to Pinnacle as part of their fundraising.
It’s fair to say that the mo growing abilities of the WLF mo bros varied considerably. Throughout the month we saw some awesome handlebar moustaches coming through, as well as other less glorious attempts that were described by colleagues as ‘fluff’! However, the end result was a positive one, with a good atmosphere across the firm and valuable funds raised for a very worthwhile cause.
