WLF Workplace Giving: Making a Difference in 2025

Posted on December 16th, 2025 by WLF

At WLF, giving back to our community is part of who we are. Through our Workplace Giving Program, our team has once again demonstrated that when we come together, even small contributions can create meaningful change. This year, we proudly supported a range of incredible organisations that are making a real difference in areas such as youth development, mental health, accessibility, and vital care services. By pooling our efforts, we help strengthen programs that empower individuals, foster inclusion, and provide hope where it’s needed most.

JCP Youth empowers young people through leadership programs and mentoring, helping at-risk youth build resilience and positive pathways.

Inclusive Innovations Tasmania champions accessibility and inclusion for people living with disability, developing innovative solutions and advocating for equal opportunities.

Speak Up! Stay ChatTY continues to lead the conversation on mental health. Through initiatives like Shorts Day, they encourage open dialogue and reduce stigma, promoting awareness and support.

Eskleigh Foundation provides essential care and accommodation for people with disabilities, offering dignity, independence, and quality of life for individuals and families.

Fight Cancer Foundation works tirelessly to improve outcomes for people living with cancer through research, patient care, and education, giving hope to those affected.

These contributions reflect WLF’s commitment to community, compassion, and collaboration. By pooling resources through workplace giving, we amplify our impact supporting organisations that align with our values and make Tasmania a better place for all. A heartfelt thank you to every team member who participated in this year’s program and we look forward to continuing this in 2026.
