With a career that has spanned both private and public-sector positions, including two years working in the Middle East for a leading global services firm, Tess has significant expertise in providing solutions to a diverse range of clients.

Tess’ commitment to establishing strong business relationships, working closely with clients to gain a thorough understanding of their business and achieve optimum, outcomes is highly valued by.our clients. She has experience across our external and internal audit portfolios, including conducting reviews for large government entities and departments.

Prior to joining WLF, Tess spent over four years working in financial reporting and budget development roles within the Tasmanian state service. This background has ensured she has a thorough understanding of government reporting, systems and practices to draw on.

Outside of her WLF career, Tess is actively involved in junior sports. She is a member of the Carlton Park Surf Life Saving Club and has taken up various Team Manager and coaching roles in junior surf lifesaving, water polo and flippa ball.
