Client Services Administrator

We are currently seeking a dedicated Client Services Administrator to join our Business & Personal Advisory team, based out of our Hobart office.

About your new role

The successful applicant will report to the Business & Personal Advisory (BPA) Partners and will work closely with the relevant Partners, Directors and Managers, as well as the relevant BPA team members. This is a full-time position over 5 days (37.5 hours per week).

This successful applicant will provide secretarial and administrative support to the BPA team ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities. Duties are varied and include:

  • Corporate secretarial duties
  • Typing of letters, administrative reports and compiling client financial packages
  • Liaising with clients and the ATO
  • Actioning daily inward correspondence
  • Monitoring workflow
  • Database and document management
  • Other administration tasks and data entry as required

 

What you will need to succeed

The successful applicant will exhibit a high level of time management skills, evidenced through an ability to work to deadlines and make judgements in determining priorities. They will be well presented and highly organised with excellent problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.

With a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, the successful applicant will display the following attributes:

  • Partner/senior management and stakeholder relations
  • High attention to detail
  • Able to work independently as well as within a team
  • Spreadsheeting and word processing at an advanced standard
  • Well-developed computer skills including advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite of products, particularly MS Excel, Word and OneDrive
