Client Services Administrator 

We are currently seeking a dedicated Client Services Administrator to join our Business & Personal Advisory team, based out of our Hobart office.

About your new role

The successful applicant will report to the Business & Personal Advisory (BPA) Partners and will work closely with the relevant Partners, Directors and Managers, as well as the relevant BPA team members. This is a fulltime position, however a part-time arrangement could be considered.

The successful applicant will provide secretarial and administrative support to the BPA team ensuring the smooth functioning of day-to-day activities. Duties are varied and include:

  • Work-flow management
  • Document creation, administrative reports and compiling client financial packages
  • Liaising with clients and the ATO
  • Actioning daily inward correspondence
  • Database and document management
  • Other administration tasks and data entry as required

What you will need to succeed 

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and friendly demeanour.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 suite of products including word processing, spreadsheet, and presentation applications.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in administrative tasks.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Exceptional client service skills, with a focus on building and maintaining relationships.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise multiple instructions and deliverables in a timely and effective way.
  • Demonstrated use of proactive initiative to support team and division objectives.

An understanding of basic accounting principles and familiarity with relevant software systems is preferred but not essential.
